Terms of Service

When you use InnerPage you are agreeing to these latest Terms of Service (“Terms”). Violation of these terms may, result in termination your account.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If we make significant changes, we will refresh the date at the top of this page.

Kindly read these Terms before signing up or using InnerPage.

Definitions

“We”, “our”, or “us” in this policy, refers to InnerPage.

“You” or “your” refers to the people or organizations that own an account with us. An account is owned by an organization if it is a legal entity.

If the organization is unincorporated, the account is owned by the individual who signed up for the account.

Account Terms

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

  2. User Restriction Policy — You may not use InnerPage for any purpose outlined below:

    • Use InnerPage to break any laws or regulations.
    • Gather or use information from accounts that aren’t yours.
    • Attempt to deceive us or other users by making false reports or pretending to be someone else.
    • Bypass or interfere with the security features of InnerPage.
    • Overload or disrupt any configuration or operations of InnerPage.
    • Send or try to send viruses or any malware, or add tracking tools like web bugs and cookies to InnerPage.
    • Harass or threaten other users, or anyone from our team.
    • In addition to the above, We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account, at any time, without notice.

  3. You are responsible for all content posted to and activity that occurs under your account.

  4. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

Payments & Refunds

InnerPage is free to use. However, you can Support us via financial contribution . Such acts of charity is considered conscious and voluntary, hence non-refundable.

Account Deletion

  1. You are solely responsible for properly deleting your account. You will find the option to delete your account under Accounts section.

  2. An email request to delete your account is not automatically considered deletion. If you need help to delete your account, kindly mail us at: [email protected]

  3. All of your content will be deleted from InnerPage immediately upon account deletion. We cannot recover your data once it has been deleted.

  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current use of InnerPage for any reason at any time.

    Suspension means you will not be able to access the account or any content in the account.

    Termination will furthermore result in the deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the deletion of all content in your account.

    We also reserve the right to refuse the use of InnerPage to anyone for any reason at any time, including, but not limited to violations of our User Restrictions Policy .

  5. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of our team or other users will result in immediate account termination.

Modification to InnerPage

  1. We intend to support InnerPage as far as it is possible and reasonable to do so.

  2. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, InnerPage with or without notice.

Uptime, Security & Privacy

  1. Your use of InnerPage is at your sole risk. We provide this service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not offer service-level agreements, but do take uptime of our platform seriously.

  2. We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other users of InnerPage.

    We’ll reach out to the account owner before taking any action except in rare cases where the level of use may negatively impact the performance of the InnerPage for other customers.

  3. We take many measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. We enforce encryption for data transmission from the public Internet.

  4. You agree that InnerPage may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.

  5. We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run InnerPage.

Copyright & Content Ownership

  1. All content posted on InnerPage must comply with Indian copyright law.

  2. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from InnerPage.

  3. You must request permission to use our logo for promotional purposes. Please email us at [email protected] for permission.

    We reserve the right to rescind any permissions if you violate these Terms.

  4. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of InnerPage, use of InnerPage, or access to InnerPage without our written permission.

Services Adaptations

  1. You expressly understand and agree that we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of InnerPage.

  2. Abuse or excessively frequent requests to InnerPage via the API may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account’s access.

    InnerPage, in its sole discretion, will determine abuse or excessive usage of the API.

    If we need to suspend your account’s access, we will attempt to warn the account owner first.

    If your API usage could or has caused downtime, we may cut off access without prior notice.

Liability

You agree that InnerPage is not liable to you or to any third party for damages of any kind that result from the use of InnerPage, in ability to access data, or unauthorized access of your data or account.

InnerPage is also not liable for damages of any kind related to actions of any third party that uses our platform, or any other consequences related to the Terms or Services.
